Worst Fantasy Football Trade Ever:
- tom: CJ for SS? That’s got to be net of -400 pts.
From the world of non total suck FFL pickups I grabbed KC’s Jamaal Charles an hour before game time on sunday. I think I got something like 25pts out of him. Woo!
- thedudeabides: I have you beat by far. I traded away Chris Johnson for Steve Slaton, who’s now on injured reserve while CJ is easily the top player in fantasy football, let alone the top RB.
So now you can feel better about things.

B+W from Frontenac:
- tom: It is very interesting. I need to try it on more images.
- dmatty: I thought the science behind it sounded weak, at best. But, I did like the results. Especially with scenes like the one you have here. One of the probalems I keep having with scenes like this are that the leaves all come out the same shade of…
- tom: Lots of people didn’t like that plugin. Seemed to be mostly people bitching about the claimed science behind it. I’ll have to give it a try.
- dmatty: I downloaded the demo version of Percep Tool (there was a story about it with a link to their website on dpreview a few weeks back). It does an amazing job with B&W images. I’ve gotten a few photos to really look alot better with the few times…
- tom: In another version of this the leaves were almost white. Not sure I don’t like that better.
Tom,
I have just finished a couple of stain glass windows. They are of my 2 nieces. I’m considering making a limited edition poster and Giclee (canvas transfers) set of them. However, I need a gifted photographer to take the photos (that would be you). Contact me at angel.matson@seagate.com or my cell 952-261-5071 if your interested. I’ll pay good money (defined by a starving artist income). Setup might be a little tricky, as I would like to have good backlight that shows off the many textures and colors of the pieces.
thanks
angel
