but HP’s crappy network printer driver keeps losing track of my printer.  Half the time I go to print and I have to reboot.  Now it isn’t even finding the printer at all.  So I can’t even spool a print job to it.  Need to find a long USB cable and hook it up that way.  The problem with USB is that the communication tends to get hosed before the print finishes.  I think my monitor goes to sleep and drops its USB ports which causes a hiccup and my prints stop printing.  Oh, well.

Still some leaves yet.  Light wind, good light and some clouds.  I took a couple hundred shots.

Rushmore barfed a line 6 feet long.  Oily moist food, too.  At about 50% hair all her snacks are going to be for hairball control.

Need a new carpet.

You can get actual Dye Transfer prints printed by Ctein for $100 each.  If I read the comments correctly this process is down to the last batch of materials produced by kodak.  So if you want an example of this kind of print you don’t have a lot of time.  I’m sure someone will figure out how to make the materials in small runs.  But try and buy a new Daguerreotype.
