Just playing around with Adobe Lightroom and a new technique for doing dodge and burn. Not much of a photo but parts of it were educational.

A couple of days late. This one is proving tough. I have some really cool backlit leaves and, um, green things. I just can’t get anything that quite works yet. Time to try some other RAW converters. I might also try it in black and white.

Web sized this is pretty busy. Going to try printing it to see how it works.

Not much this week. Screwing around with difuse glow….

Oh, back to blogdesk. I like Microsoft’s writer a lot better but it so hoses the photos. (Not that you can tell with this one.) It just cannot resize a photo to save it’s life.

The only time I had the sky and light in the right spots the wind was howling.  I like the way the light hits the tree and the gold in the prairie.  I need new posting software.  This one needs bicubic sharper in the worst way.
